Experience
Investors partner with us because we have a depth and breadth of experience in real estate from financing to development and everything in between. We invest across North America with a focus on real estate; however, do have experience in other asset classes.
Structure
We work with investors to structure our JVs so that there is an alignment of interest. Our JVs typically involve an understanding of contributions, agreement of objectives, and measurable expectations.
